Interesting bit of info from Anthony Waite at Oracle. If you’ve followed our instructions on how to migrate existing Oracle Express databases to Oracle 9i OLAP, but are wondering why the OLAP Catalog entries you’ve created don’t show up using OEM, it’s because OEM only displays CWM metadata, and the OLAP Catalog entries you’ve just created are CWM2. You’ll need the upcoming Analytic Workspace Manager to display both CWM and CWM2 metadata entries, so the migrated Express cube should show up there. So now you know.
