The test case did not run because there was no plan_table (our problem is about queries failing to parse, so we only need to explain the query not run it to show the problem)
Then stats were wrong because they did not load them... or grant gather_system_statistics role to  test case user to upload the system stats...</description>

I&#039;ll never forget the Oracle support guy who asked me a few years ago to &quot;zip&quot; my TB db and send it so he could try and reproduce a problem.
