My new role
October 24th, 2007 by Peter Scott
Last week I mentioned a new role and said that I could say more about it this week. Well the time has come to reveal a little more.
On Friday 9 November I will be leaving my current employer to go my own way. Well not quite my own way, I will be working in association with Mark Rittman and Jon Mead over at Rittman Mead Consulting. For me this is a very exciting prospect, they already do a lot of the things that I enjoy doing and I feel that I will be able to add some extra perspectives to the excellent services they already offer.
I will be able to say a lot more about my future plans in a coupe of weeks; but in the meantime, if you wish to engage me to work on your Oracle data warehouse or reporting project then let me know through Rittman Mead.

Best of luck with that, Peter. It sounds like a good match and nothing beats being happy with your work.

Pete,
Jon and I are looking forward to working with you in the future, and to picking your brains about all the practical Oracle data warehousing knowledge you have. Make sure you’ve got an up-to-date passport and a packed suitcase though!
all the best
Mark
