I’m organizing the ODTUG BI&DW SIG Meeting at Oracle Open World in San Francisco, on Sunday 11th November at 11am at Moscone West 3010 and 3012. For those of you building your schedule up, it’s session S293003.
The theme I’m focusing on is an update on where Oracle’s BI & DW tools are now, and where they are going. I’ll do a short introduction at the start and an update on the SIG, and I’m pleased to announce that Jean-Pierre Djicks (OWB Product Manager), Aydin Gencler (Oracle BI Product Manager) and Alaric Thomas (Hyperion PM) will be attending to, to do a short five minute presentation on their respective tools and to answer your questions.
The SIG meeting is at 11am which hopefully should be OK for those of you attending from Sunday morning. I’d be delighted if you could come along, it’ll be a good chance to get a head start on the rest of the conference BI & DW content, to meet other conference attendees and the Oracle Product Managers, and to discuss your current projects and issues with the rest of the SIG.
