We have a plan to use OWB as ETL and Cognos as BI front-end. While Cognos 8 also offers OLAP as OWB, I wonder if I can use OWB to create my Data Models in ROLAP (oracle-based) and then use Cognos to create Meta Data based on my Data Modes?

Another way is use OWB as a pure ETL tools, then use Cognos's Powerplay to create OLAP models?

Please advice,

I'm developing a data quality research. In this context i'm using Oracle ODI (Oracle Data profiling and quality) and OWB (Data Profile Editor). I'm trying to execute a match-merge operation (in OWB) but I can't do it. I have read the user's guide and I don't find any wizard or page to help executing this operation.
