@Phil - Yes. I agree with you on the Gauges part. But on the whole, i think all the new graphs/components can prove to be extremely useful and actually can change the way we have been doing reporting using the current release of BI EE. I guess we need to wait for 11g to see how we can actually plug these components directly from BI EE.</description>

		<description>Looks like some good stuff is being added - particularly pleased to see Edward Tufte&#039;s Sparklines making it in as my own attempts to create these in OBIEE have been fairly poor.

Manipulation of time series in charts, and the annotation look very promising however the addition of the fancy gauges is not a good step in my view, as that kind of eye candy on a dashboard does little to improve it.</description>
