Jon Mead is co-founder of Rittman Mead, and has worked with Oracle BI & data warehousing technology since 2000. Jon is also a regular speaker at user group events, and in addition to BI&W technology also has extensive experience in Web development, SOA and middleware technologies. Jon along with Mark is also co-author of the forthcoming Oracle Press book “Oracle Business Intelligence Suite Developer’s Guide”.

Mark Rittman is co-founder of Rittman Mead, and has worked with Oracle BI & Data Warehousing technology since 1997. Mark is the ex-Chair of the UK Oracle User Group BI & Reporting Tools SIG, Co-chair of the ODTUG BI&DW SIG, Editor of Oracle Scene magazine, a speaker at user group events in the UK, Europe and North America, and is a regular contributor to the Oracle Technology Network and Oracle Magazine. Mark is also an Oracle ACE Director, and together with Jon Mead is an author of the forthcoming Oracle Press book “Oracle Business Intelligence Suite Developer’s Guide”.

Chris Raby manages business development within Rittman Mead and has worked in the Oracle, and IT industry, for many years. Chris ensures that Rittman Mead offers the best services and products for our customers across Europe, and liaises with new and existing customers to help them meet their project objectives.
US Managing Director > Stewart Bryson
Stewart Bryson is Managing Director for Rittman Mead America, and since 1996 has been designing, building and supporting complex database systems and data warehouses. Although his primary focus is on delivering business intelligence and data warehouse solutions, he is also capable with OLTP systems and E-
Commerce solutions. Stewart has an expert-level understanding of the Oracle Database and BI stacks, and is capable of leading a project from initial scope to final delivery. Based in Atlanta, GA, Stewart has delivered projects of varying sizes across multiple verticals, including logistics, supply chain, hospitality, municipal government and utilities. As well as working on client projects, Stewart has presented at various user groups and has sponsored forums in the US and the UK.

Adrian Ward is one of the world’s most experienced Oracle BI Enterprise Edition and Siebel Analytics consultants, and has worked with this toolset since its availability in Europe. Adrian has managed the full project life cycle from project definition, through user requirements, system design, development, testing and implementation, and has implemented reporting systems for various departments, including CRM, Marketing, Finance, Trading Desks and senior management. Peter Scott is an expert-level Oracle data warehousing and business intelligence consultant with many years of project experience in the UK and the Netherlands. Peter is a highly technical, analytical and creative consultant with commercial acumen who consistently produces the right solution at the right time achieving customer satisfaction. He has worked in consultancy, development and support and has delivered both end-user and technical training to customer organisations. Börkur Steingrímsson is an expert-level Oracle database, data warehousing and business intelligence consultant with many years of experience on projects in Europe and North America. Börkur is an Oracle Certified Professional who can work as a developer, team leader or trainer on projects using all of Oracle’s business intelligence & data warehousing development tools. Based in Belgium and working throughout Europe, the Middle East and Africa, Börkur can either lead or work as part of a wider team, and speaks French, German, Danish and Icelandic as well as English. Börkur is a regular speaker at user group events in Europe, and has a solid grounding in general Unix and Windows systems administration together with Java, client-server and Internet development.

Daniel Bosman has in the past eight years accumulated both Technical and Project team management/Business analysis experience in the IT industry. The focus of all his positions, tasks and projects has been CRM (Customer Relationship Management) applications and their implementation within large multinational companies. Within CRM he has specialised in the Analysis, installation, configuration and management of the Siebel suite of CRM Applications/modules with particular focus on the Siebel Marketing and Analytics product. Daniel has been active in projects for various companies in the Chemical/Pharmaceutical, Banking, Insurance, Automotive, Telecommunication, Education and Public Sector verticals.

Ragnar Wessels has 10 years experience as an Oracle consultant, developer and functional analyst, working with tools such as Oracle Warehouse Builder, Oracle Discoverer, Oracle Database, Oracle Designer and Oracle Forms/Reports. With skills including database design, analysis and implementation, data warehousing and ETL development, Ragnar is OCP-qualified and has worked with a number of clients within the banking, public sector and other vertical markets. Ragnar also is fluent in French, English, Dutch and German and has worked for client in the UK, Europe and North America.

Mike Vickers has been working in the BI arena for over 10 years, during which time he has accumulated a broad experience in consulting, project management and business change roles. Having worked extensively with Oracle BI, as well as various other BI toolsets, he has a deep understanding of BI, DW and EPM. His technical strengths lie in front end development and metadata management. However, Mike’s main expertise is in project delivery. Through his experiences of managing both system and business change aspects of OBIEE projects, Mike understands how strategic BI initiatives need to be addressed, as well as how businesses may need to adapt organisationally and culturally to drive maximum value from their BI investments.

Paul Shilling has an excellent record of delivering Oracle based systems for 12 years, with extensive experience covering all aspects of the software life cycle, from initial requirements capture, through testing to final deployment.
