EMEA Managing Director > Jon Mead
Jon Mead is co-founder of Rittman Mead, and has worked with Oracle BI & data warehousing technology since 2000. Jon is also a regular speaker at user group events, and in addition to BI&W technology also has extensive experience in Web development, SOA and middleware technologies. Jon along with Mark is also co-author of the forthcoming Oracle Press book “Oracle Business Intelligence Suite Developer’s Guide”.

Mark Rittman is co-founder of Rittman Mead, and has worked with Oracle BI & Data Warehousing technology since 1997. Mark is the ex-Chair of the UK Oracle User Group BI & Reporting Tools SIG, Co-chair of the ODTUG BI&DW SIG, Editor of Oracle Scene magazine, a speaker at user group events in the UK, Europe and North America, and is a regular contributor to the Oracle Technology Network and Oracle Magazine. Mark is also an Oracle ACE Director, and together with Jon Mead is an author of the forthcoming Oracle Press book “Oracle Business Intelligence Suite Developer’s Guide”.
EMEA Chief Operating Officer > Gerald Williams
Gerald Williams is Chief Operating Officer for Rittman Mead Consulting, and has over 20 years experience in the IT industry in senior technical and delivery roles, all the while helping companies across many industries build their technology capabilities. He joined Rittman Mead in June 2011 as Chief Operating Officer with a key mandate to grow sales, and assure technology delivery.
Prior to joining Rittman Mead, Gerald was Head of Major IT programme Delivery at Betfair which underwent an IPO in 2010, and before that he was VP Programme Delivery at MessageLabs which was bought in a trade sale by Symantec in 2008 . Prior to that he spent 15 years in the IT industry for corporate giants such as IBM, EDS and McDonnel Douglas. He has a Degree in Computer Science and Business Administration from Aston University and MBA in Project Management from Henley.
US Managing Director > Stewart Bryson
Stewart Bryson is Managing Director for Rittman Mead America, is an Oracle ACE, and since 1996 has been designing, building and supporting complex database systems and data warehouses. Although his primary focus is on delivering business intelligence and data warehouse solutions, he is also capable with OLTP systems and E-Commerce solutions. Stewart has an expert-level understanding of the Oracle Database and BI stacks, and is experienced leading a project from initial scope to ﬁnal delivery.
Based in Atlanta, GA, Stewart has delivered projects of varying sizes across multiple verticals, including logistics, supply chain, hospitality, municipal government, retail and clickstream. Stewart is a recognized writer and speaker in the Oracle community, and has presented at major conferences in the US and the UK, including Oracle Open World, ODTUG Kaleidoscope, IOUG Collaborate, RMOUG Training Days, and UKOUG Conference and Exhibition.
India Managing Director > Venkatakrishnan Janakiraman
Venkat Janakiraman is one of the world’s foremost authorities on Oracle BI Enterprise Edition and Oracle Essbase, is an Oracle ACE, and prior to Rittman Mead worked for Oracle in consulting and sales consulting. Venkat has many years of project experience with Oracle’s BI, DW and EPM tools and regularly writes and speaks on new developments in these technologies.
Oceania Managing Director > Ashley Beauman
Ashley Beauman is the Rittman Mead Oceania Managing Director, opening the Rittman Mead Oceania division in March 2011. Ashley’s role has been to promoting Rittman Mead strategically in the APAC region and assist businesses maximise their investment in Oracle Business Intelligence technology.
Based in Melbourne, Australia, Ashley comes from a technical and functional background and has worked with Oracle Business Intelligence since 2003. Past clients include those in the Telecommunications, Property Development, Energy, Education and Government sectors, delivering full projects and also training engagements. Representing the most southern arm of Rittman Mead, Ashley also speaks regularly at conferences and user groups in the region.
