Oracle OLAP 10g Performance Tips and Techniques Part 2

Part 2 of my Oracle Database 10g OLAP Performance Tips & Techniques article is now online at DBAZine (part 1 can be found here).

In this final article I look at the process of loading and then pre-aggregating an analytic workspace, and show you how you can trace the load process and the SQL generated by the OLAP API. The article wraps up by looking at the fixed V$ views that instrument the OLAP option, giving you information on when caches are being used, the degree to which the server is paging and metrics on OLAP sessions that are currently connected.

Any feedback or points I've missed, add a comment or drop me a line.
