Mary Ann Davidson : The British Are Criminals

According to Oracle's Mary Ann Davidson, the British are particularly good at hacking (Oracle software, presumably) because we have

"the perfect temperament to be hackers--technically skilled, slightly disrespectful of authority, and just a touch of criminal behavior."
